QUEST TANGIBLE PRODUCT – KUMUL KAT

The first tangible product of Quest Investigation International Limited is the pioneering development of the Kumul Kat which is as proposed a National Identity Card. All Papua New Guineans who have attained the age of 18 years will possess their individual Kumul Kat. The card will be a ‘smart card’ which will have the following data stored on it – name, personal unique identification number, address, date of birth, blood group, colour photograph, left thumb print and signature. Once completely implemented, this product will provide a service to every citizen, every single government department and every province.
