The Company will ensure prompt attention to client’s instructions and adhere to its terms of reference.   It is the Company’s policy to provide thorough, cost-effective and efficient service in the minimum time possible.   The Company can therefore undertake to maintain a rapid response capacity in meeting and responding to the client’s particular requirements and queries in the cause of the investigation.

CHARGES

The Company’s charges are normally calculated on the basis of the hourly rates of the personnel involved.   As a matter of Company policy, the Company avoids duplication of resources and expense in dealing with client matters. The Company is also positioned to enter into a negotiated fixed fee arrangement with clients for a fixed period of engagement.

DISBURSEMENTS


All expenses and outgoings paid to third parties are on-charged at cost.   The Company does not seek to profit from disbursement charges such as telephones, facsimile, postage etc, and endeavours to charge such expenses on a break-even basis.
